KEVIN M. SCHWARTZ
Partner
Mr. Schwartz is a Partner of Paine & Partners, LLC and member of the Investment Committee of the firm’s $1.2 billion Fund III. He brings industry expertise in the food and agribusiness, automotive and industrial, and chemicals.
Mr. Schwartz was raised in Moline, Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (B.S. in Accountancy, 1997).
After graduating from the University of Illinois, Mr. Schwartz joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division in New York, New York.
In 1999, Mr. Schwartz joined Fremont Partners, a private equity firm, where he assisted with the management of approximately $1.7 billion of funds focused on the building products, healthcare, financial services and consumer products industries.
Mr. Schwartz joined the predecessor firm in early 2002 and had responsibility for Fund II investments in Seminis, Inc., Advanta B.V. and VCST Industrial Products B.V.
Mr. Schwartz currently serves on the Boards of Directors and Executive Committees of Advanta B.V., Icicle Seafoods, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors of some entities of the Stable-Group.
