CHRISTOPHER M. RUETTGERS
Director
Mr. Ruettgers was raised in Carlisle, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., History, Phi Alpha Theta, 1999).
During college, Mr. Ruettgers served as an intern at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in client services, and later at Ernst & Young in the Mergers & Acquisitions office performing due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.
After graduation from Holy Cross, Mr. Ruettgers joined JP Morgan Securities as an analyst in the Acquisition Finance Group. While there, he worked to provide debt and equity financing, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions advisory, for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
Mr. Ruettgers joined the predecessor firm in 2002 and had responsibility for Fund I and Fund II investments in Byram Healthcare, Seminis, Inc., and Advanta B.V.
Mr. Ruettgers currently serves on the Board of Directors of Icicle Seafoods, Inc.
