FRANKLIN MYERS

Operating Advisor

Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Myers served as the Senior Advisor to Cameron International Corporation. Before 2008, Mr. Myers served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cameron. Mr. Myers was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cameron from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Myers served as the President of Cameron's Cooper Energy Services Division from 1998 until 2001.

Mr. Myers currently serves on the Board of Directors of Comfort Systems, Inc. Mr. Myers also serves on the Board of Directors of ION Geophysical Corporation.

Mr. Myers joined the firm in 2009 as an Operating Advisor.
