Mr. Borcherdt was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., Business Economics, Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 2004).
After graduating from UCLA, Mr. Borcherdt joined Jefferies & Company as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of the Investment Banking Division. While there, he worked to provide debt financing alternatives for leveraged buyout, recapitalization and refinancing opportunities across a variety of industries.
Mr. Borcherdt joined the firm in 2008 and is focused on new investment opportunities.
