BRIAN G. BLOCK
Director
Mr. Block was raised in Edison, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business (B.S., Management, 1999).
After graduating from Tulane, Mr. Block entered the financial analyst program at CIBC World Markets in the Leveraged Finance/Financial Sponsors Group, where he focused on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, Mergers & Acquisitions and restructuring advisory assignments.
In 2001, Mr. Block was promoted to Associate. He continued to execute senior credit facilities, mezzanine, high yield offerings, private equity placements and monitored certain merchant banking portfolio companies.
Mr. Block joined the predecessor firm in 2003.
Mr. Block serves as a member of the Board of Directors of WireCo World Group.
