DEVNEET BAJAJ
Principal
Mr. Bajaj was raised in New Delhi, India. He is a graduate of University of Southern California (B.S. in Finance and Business Economics, Magna Cum Laude).
After graduation from USC, Mr. Bajaj joined Banc of America Securities in their Real Estate Investment Banking group. While there, he worked to provide debt and equity financing and mergers & acquisitions advice for Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging companies.
In 2004, Mr. Bajaj joined Citigroup in their Financial Sponsors group of the Investment Banking Division. While at Citigroup, Mr. Bajaj worked closely with a number of private equity companies to provide mergers and acquisitions advice and debt financing for leveraged buyouts. In addition, Mr. Bajaj was actively involved in capital restructuring and sales processes of corporations that were fully or partially owned by private equity clients.
Mr. Bajaj joined the predecessor firm in 2006. He is focused on management of existing portfolio companies as well as new investment opportunities.
